it finally here, the long anticipated single of ras mwizy upcoming EP called ASTRO GENIE was

released to all platforms and radios stations a couple of days ago. for those who dont know

ras mwizy, he is an African based international artists from Lusaka Zambia in a small

neighborhood called nyumba yanga.

Ras mwizy is one of the only Zambian artists who has over 3 million + plays on his famous

song called T.E.N on his sound cloud which features international prod cash clay on the

beat and fellow cloud castle knight schasa haley and cherry fresh family E3 Afrikah.

his work has also been featured on sa hiphop weekly,zed-arts, nyumba yanga radio,

mtvrock,vintage magazine,makingitmagzine and many more famous blogs and platforms

both local and worldwide.

the song which was produced by international producers the legion beats bring an

exciting 90s touch to the song and the flow being enhanced by the

young rapper"s verbal style as his tells a an amaing story. The legion provided me

with perfect beats for my Ep and song astro genie to make an instant classic said

creating my masterpiece.

speaking on his song astro genie,ras mwizy graced us with a few insights as to what

the song is about."Astro genie is a story of a young man who finds a magic lamp that

grants him 3 wishes of his choice by the genie without the boy being told the price

he has to pay for the wishes,which is becoming the next genie in the lamp.

he is then tricked into trying to make all 3 wishes as quickly as possible by the then trapped genie

who shows him all the things he can gain just by making a wish. which when all 3 wishes

come true will turn him into the next genie,by switching places and freeing the other genie

currently trapped in the lamp, awaiting the day when an unlucky soul such as himself finds the lamp

and wishes then genie boy." said ras mwizy.
